ANALYSIS: Agba Jalingo In Handcuffs: The Unlawful Beyond The Immoral

On Friday, October 4, the bail application filed by journalist and human rights activist, Agba Jalingo, was refused by a Federal High Court, sitting in Calabar, Cross River State, presided over by Justice Simon Amobeda.
